1. Description of Services
The Shatnez Lab provides professional laboratory testing services to inspect and verify the presence of shatnez (mixtures of wool and linen) in garments and textile products. The system also offers online order tracking and automated updates.
2. SMS Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number at our lab intake or via our website, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages (SMS) concerning your orders.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply/text STOP to our phone number. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply submit your request at the lab or sign up again.

- Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you (Msg & data rates may apply). Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Please consult your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
